Bill corbett’s $2 ‘help the community’ boxing club

We regularly run charity boxing classes for just $2 per person. All money is donated to a local cause or person in need.

Those who donate $9 for a class will also receive a free resistance band to help them build pliable functional strength, just like U.S. six-time Superbowl winner Tom Brady.

Each class will cover:

  • Introduction to Boxing Skills - Footwork, Punches, Slipping, Guarding, Parrying and Bobbing

  • Introduction to our unique Resistance Band Training - with explanation of how NFL Superstar, Tom Brady, prolonged his GOAT career by dropping Weight Training in favour of Resistance Band Training

  • Introduction to Functional Training - using Bulgarian Balls and Bags

  • Introduction to Eating & Weight Management - includes our simple and delicious meal plans.
