Wollongong’s Best Boxing Program

Get in the ring for Wollongong’s best boxing program, Train Like A Boxer.

Running for a total of 8-weeks, the Train Like A Boxer program has been specifically crafted by our expert trainers to help you reap the long-term benefits of boxing.

You’ll be training three times a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) with a group of no more than eight like-minded people who will be cheer you on and keep you motivated. There to help you achieve knockout results quickly are at least 2 of our world-class trainers, who are all highly-qualified and dedicated to help you be the best version of yourself you can be.
